Once received, I will either confirm or reach out to you directly to make necessary adjustments. Address will be sent the morning of your appointment Late policy: •10 minute grace period •$10 late fee after 10 mins •At 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled •20% cancellation fee will be charged if appointment is cancelled within 24 hours Cancellation policy: •You are responsible for canceling & rescheduling. This must be done 24 hours before your appointment. •If cancelled in less than 24 hours, 20% cancellation fee •If fee is not paid, you will be banned and blocked from booking in the future •No show/no call will not be tolerated, 50% fee of service will be charged and you will be banned from booking in the future •If you get your period or are currently menstruating you can still come in for your appointment. Only requirement is to wear a tampon. Not terms for cancellation and fee still applies. No additional guests/children of any age allowed
